GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all AUSTRALIAN residents of 18 years of age or older except all employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
3. The competition runs from the specified start date and closes at midnight on the specified end date AEST (BRISBANE).
4. To enter the competition, participants must follow the process outlined on The Explore Life website, emails and/or social media posts. The number of entries into the draw with be specified for each entry process.
5. The competition will be drawn at the specified time outlined on this page. The draw will be held at The Explore Life HQ, 16/2 CALABRO WAY, Burleigh Heads, QLD, 4220 or an alternate location depending on availability. The draw will be available on Instagram. Winners will be notified by phone call, email and mail within 7 days of the draw.
6. Winner of the prize will have their first name, last name and postcode published on our website (www.theexplorelife.com.au) within 30 days of the draw being drawn.
7. Winners will be drawn using a computerised random selection program, ensuring that entrants all have a fair and equal chance of winning a prize.

9. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. If the prize is not claimed within a reasonable period, a redraw will take place 2 months from the initial end of competition date in the same location and using the same mode of selection. The new winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw and will have their first initial, last name and postcode published on the website within 30 days of new drawn date.
11. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected emails or mail subject to regulatory approval.
12. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to regulatory approval.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

(a) inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
(b) non-receipt of entries for any reason;
(c) problems or technical failures of any kind;
(d) unavailability or inaccessibility of any service or website;
(e) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(f) electronic or human error; or
(g) any damage or loss (direct or indirect) suffered by reason of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees or contractors in relation to entry into this competition or supply of a prize.
